What does patient confidentiality have to do with your cell phone? Sheesh...they're taking that HIPAA stuff a little far if they're paranoid someone might overhear a third party's health information over someone's cell phone. If it's my data and I'm dumb enough to be talking to someone I don't want to know about my diseases and they overhear, that's my own stupidity.
